First DIG IN News Flyer Distributed, The name DIG IN: Diversified Initiatives for Improving Neighbourhoods is used to make official this urban intervention art project to develop cultural and community plans to foster neighbourhoods that are green, clean, safe and civil.

Dupont Projects hosts “About Here†exhibition to introduce the neighbourhood’s situation, concerns and initiative focused on the “Walk Here†project with art, landscape architecture and architecture. Including plans from the two major development projects in the area “The Standard†and “The Galleria Development†and a large scale concept plan of the Walk Here project.

Toronto Works Initiative Fund grant is approved to support the Walk Here project providing $50,000 to the Parks Department to begin a start-up section of the walkway at Wallace Emerson Park.

The community is active in developing presentation materials and organizing for the meeting.
